Who doesn’t love a good festive holiday ensemble? Amirite?! I find basically any excuse to add a little plaid, red+green, or shimmer and shine to my look during the Christmas season because, let’s be honest, red and green looks a little crazy any other time of the year. So you have pretty much one month to pull out all the festive holiday looks that your heart desires until they have to be put back into closet hibernation for another year.

I have several holiday fashion favorites, but I want to talk about this look first because it’s EASY!

Step 1:

Find an adorable ivory tunic (mine has bell sleeves because I can’t get enough of them!! As mentioned in an earlier post from last month:Β Bell Sleeves, Cozy Knits, & ALL the Details.)

Step 2:Β

Find a pair of red or green leggings (I love these hunter green leggings because they don’t necessarily scream “Christmas” so I can still wear them in fall and throughout winter, as well).

Step 3:Β

Find a large plaid scarf that has red and green as the primary colors in the pattern.

And that’s it!!!Β

I mean, really… how easy is that? And super comfortable (100% necessary if you’re a busy mom of toddlers like me.)Β I chose to finish my look with neutral accessories, as recommended in my previous post:Β Four Fall 2017 Fashion Must-Haves, and a great pair of green earrings with crystals to add a touch of sparkle!! This is a look that ANYONE can “pull off” (that term I loathe so much). It’s simple, can be super affordable, and can be dressed up or down.

I’ve found some great, affordable items that will help you achieve this look and added them to this shoppable slider below. Scroll through the images and if you see something you like, click on the image to go directly to the site where you can buy it. #SOEasy #YoureWelcome πŸ™‚

Now I want to see it!! If you replicate this look, please tag me in your photo on Facebook or Instagram (@redlipsandnailsblog) so I can see!! I would love to feature your stylish holiday ensemble in a future post!!
